Moto Guzzi V 7 Rig

Moto Guzzi V 7 based vintage sidecar rig. Built by Willy Kenny in 2003. Tonti frame with cut down aft section, removable sidecar platform. The rig can be taken apart leaving just the frame and sidecar section as separate pieces. This comes in handy to store it. Padded sidecar platform, plenty of grab handles and holds. Fiberglass sidecar nose sections and fender. 12" trailer spindle and tire for the side car wheel new in 2012. Fiberglass seat section and fairing, there are 2 to choose from. clip on handlebars. Leading link front end, brembo brakes front and rear. Both front and rear rims are 16" alloy borranis with Dunlop sidecar racing tires front and rear. Heavy duty SS spokes.

Stock MG V7 750cc engine with 850 heads with the studs rather than the original V7 screw in type. The carbs are 32 mm dellortos and the jetting has been set up on the Dyno ( thanks Pete). The exhaust is the standard head pipe set up with a cross over and mufflers. Total loss ignition using the standard points and a battery. New battery and electric starter 2013. The transmission and rear have been all redone by Charley Cole. The tranny gears have been undercut and everything is shimmed correctly and it shifts effortlessly. The rear drive is all new and built specifically for the rig using the MG sidecar gearing which is lower overall then the stock set up.

My partner and I bought the rig and used it on and off in the USCRA for the last nine years. It's a strong, reliable and forgiving rig which could be right in the mix with a good driver and monkey. Vintage Harley Davidson Sprint/Aermacchi Road Racing Motorcycle

Giannini Racing

After building, racing, and winning six national championships on 350cc Aermacchis, scoring victories with every vintage club in America and Canada, Giannini Racing is offering this race ready example for sale.
Built from the frame up with all new parts, this classic vintage Aermacchi road racer represents some of the finest workmanship in the country.
Frame:
Paint and unnecessary parts stripped, lightened, reinforcement and modification welding, fitted with new bushings and tapered steering head bearings, painted with black epoxy enamel.
Wheels/Brakes:
Front wheel is a 200mm lightened and modified twin leading shoe brake fitted with new Ferodo linings, new springs and new bearings, laced to a flanged aluminum rim with new steel spokes and an Avon racing tire.
Rear wheel is a classic Aermacchi 180mm hub modified, lightened and fitted with racing shoes and new bearings, also laced to a flanged aluminum rim with steel spokes and an Avon racing tire.
Suspension:
Cerianni 30mm forks with new seals and progressive springs mounted in hand crafted, billet aluminum triple trees with tapered bearings.
Rear suspension has a re-bushed, factory racing swing arm supported with vintage dual action, adjustable shocks.
Engine:
Internals completely rebuilt with new bearings on the crank, connecting rod, transmission, and camshaft.
New Aries high compression racing piston has been fitted into a re-bored cylinder and fitted with racing rings. Racing cam with longer duration and higher lift, working with lighter lifters and reground valves and seats fitted with R&D valve springs.
New dry clutch drives a 4-speed transmission with new sprockets and a 530 special Regina racing chain.
Carburetion:
A Dellorto vintage square slide carburetor with air stack and factory manifold has been fitted to a matched, ported head with a new cable and Domino twist throttle controlling the fuel delivery.
Ignition:
A specially fitted PVL, variable advance, self generating ignition supplies the spark with a kill switch mounted to the clip on handlebars.
Controls:
All foot pegs, shifting and braking components are hand crafted from 6061 aluminum.
Bodywork:
Fiberglass tank, seat, and fender handcrafted by Tannermatic.

1968 Suzuki TC120. Great little bike for light weight rider Finished last two Giro hauling my 250# around. Three speed with low/high range. Engine was ringed about 500 miles ago. Also had forks done new chain, new trial tires and tubes. Comes with spare engine/trans, rear wheel , exhaust and a crate of other parts, manual and N J title. 1966 Sears/Puch Allstate 250

Terrific, 99.5% Original Sears Allstate 250. This is a quality bike made for Sears by Puch in Australia. 2550 original miles. Good runner. Did the Spring 2011 Eastern Moto Giro (400+ miles in two days), without issue. Unusual engine design in that is a two cylinder, tw0-stroke, with a single combustion changer - a twin/single - they called these engines 'Twingles'. Not a high revving engine, but a fair bit of torque for a two-stroke. Many were used for side car rigs. Most of these you see are beat to death - owned by teens that abused them to no end, and it's truly rare to see one in such clean shape. I doubt you'll ever see a nicer bike with original paint, and rare accessory crashbars, exhaust tips and luggage rack. adam@rocketmoto.com if you're interested.
